Kathleen Hotze, LPC is a private practice that provides therapy for women, teens, and adults, grounded in the belief that healing is both deeply personal and inherently relational. I bring not only clinical training, but lived experience that allows me to walk alongside my clients as they navigate identity, relationships, and emotional well-being.

At the core of this work is the understanding that we are always in the process of becoming. There is profound value in the in-between seasons of life—where clarity hasn’t fully formed, but growth is actively unfolding. This is where capacity is built. This is where change begins.

Together, we focus on deep, foundational identity work and embodiment. Moving beyond surface-level coping, this work invites a more intimate understanding of who you are—because identity shapes everything. It influences what feels safe or threatening, what you believe is possible, and how you show up in your life. As your identity shifts, so does your internal and external world.

Many women move through life on autopilot, guided by expectations, conditioning, and external definitions of success. This process invites you to pause, get curious, and begin peeling back those layers. To explore the questions that often go unasked: Who am I beneath the roles I play? What do I truly need? What does a meaningful life look like for me?

This isn’t about arriving at a fixed destination—it’s about becoming someone who is grounded, self-aware, and aligned. Someone who makes choices rooted in truth rather than fear, and who trusts themselves enough to pivot without guarantees.

This is a space where women can feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to build lives that feel aligned from the inside out—honoring both the individual journey and the power of connection.

Kathleen Hotze M.S., LPC, HHP, MBSR™-P

I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are influenced by physiology, nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall lifestyle. I work with clients to explore how these factors contribute to mood, energy, and well-being, empowering them to create sustainable habits that support mental and emotional balance. My work includes mind-body techniques, subconscious reprogramming, and holistic strategies to help clients break free from limiting patterns and align with their highest potential.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, following a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi. I have also completed three levels of Mind Body Spirit Release™ training, accredited by the Association of Drugless Practitioners. My background in both science and holistic health allows me to bridge the gap between evidence-based mental health practices and natural healing approaches.

Beyond my practice, I live my life in the pursuit of wellness. I love taking long walks with friends, reading, cooking, and moving my body in ways that make me feel strong. You’ll often find me at the local farmers’ market sourcing fresh, whole foods or exploring new ways to optimize health and well-being. Faith is an important part of my life, and I’m always eager to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection.

Whether you’re navigating transitions, working through stress or anxiety, or simply looking to align your mind, body, and spirit, I’d love to support you on your journey. If you’re interested in working together, reach out—I look forward to connecting with you!
